National Centers for Environmental Information reports:
The tornado touched down east-northeast of Carbury. The tornado produced no damage to evaluate and so by National Weather Service policy was rated EF Unknown. This was the first of two tornadoes near this location within minutes of each other. The second tornado impacted structures and produced damage.
